Cancellation and Refund Policy

At USA Car Rent, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be flexible and transparent for our customers.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 6 hours before pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of pick-up time may incur a one-day rental fee as a late cancellation charge.
• No-shows (failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice) will result in no refund.
• Any pre-paid booking can be modified by contacting our customer service line at +1-833-319-4929.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
• If the vehicle is returned early, unused rental days may be refunded at our discretion (excluding insurance or add-ons).
• Refunds are not issued for vehicles returned late, with damage, or with missing fuel without prior approval.
